About The Company

The Role
We are looking for a Helpdesk full-time on-site team member to join us. As part of the role, you will be a member of the Help desk team withing the Support and Implementation group.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain and support an existing customer
• Onboarding and Implementation of new customers.
• Customers training.
• Work with maintenance and building management companies

Requirements:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving attitude
• Patient and calm personality characteristic
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew fluent)
• Proven experience in Help Desk / Application Support
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining excellent in-person communication
• Good understanding of SW and Applications flow and user journey

Nice to have skills:
• Experience working with Freshdesk
• Customers services Experience
• Experience working with SQL queries
• Experience working with Monday
• Experience with Google Gmail and G-Suite
• Experience with Office365 products
• Experience working with B2B
